Glenn Garrett is a seasoned talent acquisition leader and decorated military veteran with over two decades of experience in recruiting top talent for critical roles in healthcare technology and biomedical engineering. He leverages his expertise to connect top biomedical engineers with hospitals and clinics to guarantee innovative solutions that improve patient care and safety.
Originally from Huntington, WV, Glenn dedicated over 20 years to the United States Marine Corps, serving with distinction, including a deployment in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom. His exceptional leadership earned him numerous accolades, including the Meritorious Service Medal, eight Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals, and eight Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals.
Glenn holds a Master’s degree in Education (magna cum laude) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, along with multiple recruiting and coaching certifications from Achieve Global. His strong commitment to professional development has helped shape recruitment strategies that effectively connect highly skilled biomedical engineers with hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities.
Prior to TalentConnect, Glenn worked for TRIMEDX, Crothall Healthcare, and The InterMed Group, where he successfully implemented strategic hiring initiatives that led to strengthened teams and business growth.
